Shipping policy

We deliver all orders of 200 AED and above for free.
Any orders below 200 AED threshold will incur 30 AED Delivery Fee.

Delivery & Shipping Time
​
We usually deliver all UAE orders within 2-3 working days, however, it may fluctuate depending on various irrepressible factors.
​
We do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition. If items are received damaged we need you to email photographs to our customer service team at info@fortuss.com and we will take care of you. Damages to orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
​
Any claims of defects must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will work closely with you to assess the product and help you get the quality product you need.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
​
Carriage costs are not covered by Fortuss Fitness and the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

Although Fortuss.com make all efforts to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered or an order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and providing no payment has been taken nor any explicit acceptance of your order has been accepted, we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us regarding receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
While every care has been taken to ensure that this website is virus-free, Fortuss.com accepts no liability for viruses or virus damage as result of using this website.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

Fortuss.com reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honour an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. Fortuss.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES FORTUSS.COM 'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. FORTUSS.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. FORTUSS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORTUSS.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to FORTUSS.COM and FORTUSS.COM shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
